NEET 2027 Application Form: 5-Step Registration Process
The National Testing Agency (NTA) opens the NEET online application window around February each year. Follow this verified checklist to avoid rejection of your application.
Online Registration & Authentication
Visit neet.nta.nic.in, create your login credentials with valid mobile number & email, and generate your Application Number.
Filling Personal & Academic Details
Enter Class 10/12 marks, roll number, school address, qualifying exam code (Code 01 to Code 07), and category details.
Uploading Documents & Photographs
Upload passport photograph with 80% face visibility (white background), postcard size photo, left/right hand fingers impression, and signature.
Examination City Selection
Select 2 preferred examination cities based on current and permanent address in West Bengal or national centers.
Fee Payment & Confirmation Page
Pay the registration fee online via UPI/NetBanking and save the 4-page Application Confirmation Page for counseling.
