How to Request Account Deletion
We value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Gyanoda platform, please follow the steps below.
Currently, account deletion requests must be processed manually by our support team to ensure all your data is securely and permanently removed.
Steps to Remove Your Data
1. Send an email to support@gyanoda.com from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line: 'Account Deletion Request - [Your Phone Number]'.
3. In the email body, please confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
4. Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What Happens Next?
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all purchased courses, practice sets, and progress history. This action is irreversible.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Note: We retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
